Due to the mainly custom nature of my jewelry, I need customers to please purchase their custom listing or one of the other listings in my shop BEFORE I start working on it.
In the past I have allowed people to pay after I made the piece(s) and sent pictures for their approval. On more than several occasions I did not hear back from people and was stuck with a personalized piece of jewelry I could not re-sell.
I will still send a picture of the finished item(s) before I ship out your package to make sure you are happy with the outcome but please be advised I will NO LONGER stamp or prepare ANY orders before I receive payment.
Please advise me at the time of purchase if you will be mailing payment instead of using PayPal. If you do not pay at the time of purchase, I will send a reminder but I will cancel the order if I do not hear back within one week; this is even longer than standard Etsy policy as I understand things happen and can be forgotten. Thank you for your understanding in these matters.

ALL of my jewelry and ALL of the components making it up are sterling silver, Argentium sterling, or fine silver.
Unlike engraving, stamping is not done by a machine. Stamping is a process that is all done BY HAND; each letter is hand stamped into the metal and therefore small imperfections may be present, such as letter alignment, etc. The "imperfections" add to the uniqueness and artisan aspect of the jewelry and should not be considered design flaws.
